Terms and Conditions

Booking and confirmation

Clients must confirm bookings in writing and provide shoot details including date, time, location, vehicle or event information, and special requests. A non-refundable deposit may be required.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Clients should provide written notice at least 30 days before the shoot. Late cancellation may result in forfeiture of deposit or additional fees.

Payment terms

Full payment may be due upfront to reserve time and allow us to turn away other work.

Copyright and usage rights

N3rd Media retains copyright to images. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or agreed commercial usage.

Safety, location, and permits

Clients are responsible for their own safety, vehicle condition, conduct, and any required permits or permissions for the location.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California.
