Confirm your appointment

• Make sure you have received confirmation from our team.
• If payment is due before the session, complete it before the shoot date.

Car preparation

• Clean the car inside and out, including wheels, tires, glass, and mirrors.
• Wax or polish the exterior if you want a finished look.
• Bring a microfiber cloth and quick detailer for touch-ups.
• Make sure lights and signals work if we are traveling on public roads.

Location and timing

• Confirm date, time, and location before the shoot.
• Arrive early so there is room for traffic, setup, and last-minute details.
• Check whether public locations require permits or permission.

After the shoot

• Typical image delivery is within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Review the final images and send questions or concerns promptly.
• Share and tag us when you post; shout-outs are appreciated but not required.
